What we do with your details.

What we collect
When you ask for a quote we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, town, how you'd like to be contacted, what you want cleaned and any notes you add. We also record the time the request arrived and basic connection details (your IP address and browser type) so we can block spam.
Why we collect it
To send you a quote, to contact you the way you asked, and to schedule and deliver the cleaning if you book. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.
Where it goes
Your request is emailed to Nora, the owner of Selesa Inc., and a confirmation is emailed to you. Nora may also keep requests in a spreadsheet in her own Google Drive. We do not run a customer database. The services that handle this data on our behalf are Resend (email) and Cloudflare (hosting); each one only processes it for us.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the page people use. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. If we add Google Analytics later, this page will say so.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for as long as we might clean for you, plus the time we need for invoicing and tax records. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless a legal record requires us to keep a copy.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Text or emailNora and it gets done.
